ABOUT ME

I’m Emina Sabar, a Billy Blue College of Design alumnus with a degree in Commercial Interior Design. My journey into design began when I was young rearranging rooms, collecting interior magazines, and imagining new ways to bring spaces to life. That interest eventually developed into a love for designing spaces that are not just useful but also profoundly captivating and emotionally impactful.

I worked on a variety of design briefs during my studies, which influenced how I approach commercial interiors. I gained experience in user-centered design, branding integration, concept development, and space planning. Each project challenged me to think strategically while exploring form, materiality, lighting, and atmosphere. I also developed strong technical skills using  3dsMax, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

My creativity is inspired by everyday life the way people interact with space, subtle shifts in light, texture, rhythm, and movement. I enjoy hands-on making, painting, and digital design, all of which feed into my spatial thinking and storytelling.

I’m excited to bring my perspective, skills, and creative energy into the professional world designing environments that feel thoughtful, purposeful, and grounded in human experience.
